The students who have completed their courses from the college since its inception are well-placed and successful both in the country and abroad. In India most of them are heading leading Governmental and Non-Governmental Organisations, HRD/Personnel Departments ,working in the Medical and Psychiatric departments in hospitals and involved in community projects .Some of our students are well placed in US, UK , Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Kenya, Lesotho and Maldives. They are in demand as social workers and counselors in counseling centers, Psychiatric Units, Family and Child welfare departments, Human Resource Development and Human Resource Management fields.

The Alumni of the college meet frequently and share their experiences. The college invites them on several occasions to address the students on the current trends in the field and prospects of social work. They share their experiences and encourage the students who look up to them as role models. Students are highly motivated and aspire to be good professionals.

The faculty of the college had a heart warming experience when the 1984 batch of students celebrated their Silver Jubilee in December 2009 at the Chiran Fort Club. They hosted a get together along with their families wherein they recollected their experiences and fond memories of the college. They felicitated the faculty members who in turn appreciated this gesture of the alumni.
